Once a Guest is onboarded, a Party Profile will appear, allowing the user full control over managing this guest's visit.

Remove a Guest To remove a guest from the waitlist, press the red cancel button in the upper left hand corner of the party profile Select the reason for cancellation: No Show Walk Out Dined at Bar Cancel

Update Status To update a guest’s status, press the blue Upcoming button in the upper left hand corner of the party profile Select the desired status: Confirmed Left Message Checked In Partially Arrived Waiting in Bar

Change the Table AssignmentTo change the table assignment, press the blue button in the uppder right hand corner of the party profile Select the desired table(s) from the layout (be sure to select a gray, unassigned table) Press Save to confirm Press the X in the upper right corner to return to the party profile
