  1. Check the Internet connectivity and strength to ensure proper data delivery to the device

  2. Ensure all iPads are running on the same software edition by going to Main Floor View and selecting the User Avatar in the top right corner

    • Press Settings

    • Check the current version and build of SpotOn Reserve.
