Check the Internet connectivity and strength to ensure proper data delivery to the deviceby using Safari to either (a) view a common & safe website or (b) running a speed test at speedtest.com
Ensure all iPads are running on the same software edition by going to Main Floor View and selecting the User Avatar in the top upper right hand corner of the Main Floor View
Press Settings
Check the current version and build of SpotOn Reserve .on each iPad in use
