Restaurant Analytics

Tip

After login, To access the analytical data for a single restaurant location can be accessed on the left hand side of the screen under Analytics, log into the SpotOn Reserve Web Portal, click Analytics, then select Restaurant.

Display

Dining Stats (Day by Day)

  • Total tables by table size occupied for the day – shows total occupancy by party size every 15 minutes throughout the open hours of the day

  • Daily Table Turns – shows each table and how many times it turned during the day

Events (Date Range)

  • Events – shows all birthdays, anniversaries, and business meeting events with percentages of each during the period defined

  • Party Flag Usage – shows how often each active Party Flag was used during the period defined

Growth (Date Range)

  • Reservations & Wait Lists – shows the daily changes in wait list, reservations and total parties

  • Covers – shows the daily changes in wait list, reservations and total covers

  • Server Party Efficiency – shows how much time, on average, each server spends with each size party
