Saving customer information is useful for services such as take out orders, venue rentals, and even Online Ordering.

Create a Customer (BOH)

Action

Display

  1. Tap the Customers icon

  2. Tap the New Item icon ( + ) to create a new Customer

  3. In the General Information text fields input Customer details

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Email Address

    • Phone Number

4. Tap ( + ) New Address to input Customer address and/or phone details (Optional)

  1. Tap the Customer Info button from the Command Bar

    • Close the on screen keyboard that appears by tapping the X in the upper right corner

2. Tap New Customer

3. Input the customer details in the Edit Customer window

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Phone

  • Notes (Optional)

4. Click Accept

You will have to close the on screen keyboard to see the Accept button

5. To add an address for this customer, tap the New Address button

6. In the Edit Address window, input the customer address

  • Street

  • City

  • State

  • Zip

  • Phone

7. Tap Accept

Locate a Customer (FOH)

Follow the below steps to verify the new Customer has been added correctly and is appearing in the Front of House selection.

  1. Tap Show Commands button

  2. Tap Customer Info button

  3. In Search field search for Customer with any of the following:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Email Address

    • Phone Number

  4. Hit Enter to search

  5. Tapthe newly populated Customer to select

  6. Tap Customer Details to view Customer
