Warning

Please note: There is a “Gift Card” button on the Payment Screen, however, this does NOT work, you MUST use the Gift Card Button in the Show Commands Menu to accept payment via gift card.

Display

  1. With the order that is to be paid for via gift card select, press Show Commands in the Command Bar

  2. Select Gift Card from the Select Command … menu

  3. Swipe the gift card on EMV reader

    • Alternatively you may manually enter the gift card number (located on the back of the gift card) on the EMV reader

  4. In the Gift Card pop up window, select Use as Payment

    • If there is not enough money left on the gift card, another form of payment will be needed to finish paying for the transaction

If your restaurant frequently sells/reloads/accepts gift cards, you have the ability to add the Gift Card button directly to the Command Bar. Please see Command Bar | Restaurant FOH for more information on how to set this up.
