For SpotOn Counter, Loyalty and Rewards is setup set up in the Merchant Dashboard. The loyalty tab is accessed from the Dashboard menu on the right hand side of the screen, below Campaigns.

• The customer will have the option to enter their Loyalty phone number

• The POS user will see a Customer Interacting... message at the bottom of the screen

• The customer will see any available rewards

• Order header shows the Loyalty customer name, and Deals Available will be shown, if applicable

• If a deal is redeemed on the SpotOn Counter device, the banner will be updated on the POS

• Tap on the banner to see customer loyalty summary, and which deal was redeemed 

• Select Apply to Some Items, or Apply to All Items if the reward applies to entire order (i.e, 50 spots = 10% off order)

• Choose the item that the deal applies to, if applicable

• Select the appropriate/corresponding discount

• The deal has been applied, and you can now proceed to the Payment Screen

• If you receive the following message, you will need to tap the Deal Applied banner to apply a discount to the deal items before you can proceed with the purchase
