Select the desired time frame to view:

• Today

• This Week

• Last Week

• This Month

• Custom

  • Use the calendar dates to select a beginning and end date to view

Select Loyalty Spend to view how much loyalty customers have spent at your business, this will display in purple on the timeline graph. Non-loyalty customer spend displays in gray.

Select Loyalty Redemption to view the number of redemptions for the specified timeframe.

The time frame displayed in Redemption Transaction History is the date range selected in the above Loyalty Spend section. Select how to display Redemption History:

• Time/Date

• Transaction Value

Use the Search field to search for by Customer Name or Card Code

Use the > arrow buttons to view more

Click the Create New Reward button

In the Spots Redeemed field, input the number of Spots needed to redeem for this reward

In the Reward Name field, input a name for the new reward

Confirm information entered for new Reward is correct

Click Save

• A green success banner will display in the lower left corner of screen

• The new reward will display at the top of the Rewards list, and will be toggled On

Click Show Inactive to view Rewards that have been Deactivated

• Click Hide Inactive to remove deactivated Rewards from the list view

Rewards display in list form with the following information:

• Title

• Creator

• Spots for redemption

• Total Redemptions

• Creation Date

Click Deactivate to turn off Reward

On deactivated Rewards, click Recreate Reward to activate the Reward

Navigate to the Settings

Select the Loyalty & Deals tab

In the Redeeming Spots section, click Delete to the right of the Reward you wish to delete

• A popup will display, “Are you sure you want to delete?”

Click Confirm Delete to delete
