Campaign Performance

The Campaigns page allows for easy tracking of Campaigns and their performance. Various and customizable date ranges can be viewed showing the number of Campaigns for the selected period. The page displays an interactive graph for redemptions and emails sent, there are sections showing redemption values, and even the number of emails that were opened by the recipient.

Action

Display

  1. From theDashboard select the Campaigns button from the menu on the left hand side to view Campaigns

    • The Campaigns page can also be accessed by scrolling down the Dashboard to the Campaigns section, and clicking Go to Campaigns

  2. The Campaigns page will display the following:

    • Total number of Campaigns created for the selected time frame

    • Redemptions/Emails graph

      • Select Redemptions or Emailsto view

    • Deals

      • Transaction Value in dollars for redeemed Deals

      • Percent of transactions that redeemed Deals

    • Emails

      • Number of Emails sent

      • Number of Emails opened

      • Open Rate percentage

3. Select the desired time frame to view the Campaigns from:

  • Today

  • This Week

  • Last Week

  • This month

4. To view a custom range of dates:

  • Click Start Date

    • Select specific start day from the calendar

  • Click End Date

    • Select specific end dayfrom the calendar
