We will have to import any legacy dineloyal merchant into core/dashboardDineloyal merchants into SpotOn Dashboard. Doing this will clear out the history, (when rewards were earned/spent etc.) but the current balance and customer info will be carried over.
Simple customer imports (name, phone number, email) can be handled through self-service on the merchant’s dashboard your SpotOn Dashboard.
Imports from another loyalty program can be handled by reaching out to engagement@spoton.com.
If you are using another program’s loyalty cards and wants to continue using them (this is not advised), then please submit a request to restaurantsuccess@spoton.com.
