1. Select the Table Layouts icon from the main BOH screen

2. Click the New Item icon ( + ) to create a new Table Layouttable layout

3. In the Name field, input the name for this new table layout

4. Use the Location drop down to select the desired location for this layout

1. Select Edit Layout from the General Information section of your selected Table Layouttable layout

2. Click the ( + ) New Property button from the Commands

• This will populate a Medium Square Table in the upper left area of the Table Layout Grid

• When a Table table is selected for editing, it will appear highlighted with a “glow” effect

3. If required, change the size, shape or rotation of the new Table table with the Properties tools

In this example, the user has:

• Selected the Rectangle table shape

• Rotated the table

and

• Selected the Large table size

4. When the appropriate size, shape, and rotation is selected, drag and drop the new table to its desired location

5. To duplicate the table shape and size of the highlighted table, use the Duplicate tool button

• The Duplicate tool can be clicked multiple times to make as many tables in that size and shape that are required

6. Place the Duplicated Tables duplicated tables in their respectivelocationson the Grid grid

7. Click the New Property tool ( + ) to create a new Table table or Wallwall

• Repeat Steps 3 - 6 as required for the Table Layout table layout

• If at any time a property needs to be removed, select the property, then clickthe Remove ( - ) icon or the Cut Property icon

8. Select a Table table to assign a Table Number

• Use the Table Number Field field to input the desired Table Number table number and hit Enter or click Submit

• Table Numbers must be unique. Do not give a Table table in this location the same number as a Table table in another Table Layouttable layout

  • Creating Table Numbers table numbers that already exist within the Location will cause confusion, e.g., you do not want to have two Tables tables numbered “44”

9. Repeat step 8 until all Tables tables have been assigned Table Numbers

1. Navigate to the Front of House

2. Select the Table Layouts Layout button

3. Select the new Table Layout name and confirm the Layout is correct
