Loyalty
The Loyalty tab is where users can add, adjust or disable any currently offered loyalty rewards. There are sections to show when rewards are being redeemed, as well as who is redeeming them and when. The Loyalty tab is accessed from the Dashboard menu on the right-hand side of the screen, below Marketing.
Total Loyalty Spend & Total Redemptions
This section displays Total Loyalty Spend vs. All Customer Spend, as well as Loyalty Redemptions.

The Loyalty section has two tabs located at the top of the screen: Loyalty Spend and Loyalty Redemption.

Redemption Transaction History

The time frame displayed inRedemption Transaction History isdisplays the date range selected in the above Loyalty Spend section. Select how to display Redemption HistoryThe Redemption Transaction History shows users the following information:

Rewards
The Reward section automatically displays all current, and inactive rewards.

Create a New Reward
Method 1 - From the Loyalty section of the Dashboard

2. Input the total number of Spots needed to redeem for this reward In the Reward Name field, input a namein the Spots Redeemed field 3. Enter a Name for the new reward Confirm information entered for new Reward is correct Select Save A green success banner will display in the lower left corner of screen in the Reward Name Field

4. A green pop-up confirmation will appear in the top right corner of the screen 5. The newly created reward will now display at the top of the Rewards list , and will be toggled On

Method 2 - From the Loyalty & Deals Settings

1. Navigate to the Account Settings From the Merchant Dashboard home page, select the user icon on the top right and select Account Settings from the drop-down menu | |||
2. Select the Loyalty & Deals tab 3. In From the Redeeming Spots Rewards section, click select the + Add New Reward button | |||
4. In the New Reward sidebar menu, input the number of Spots required to redeem this reward in the Spots Redeemed field 5. Input the appropriate Enter a Name for the reward in the Reward Name field 6. Select Save | |||
7. Select Save Changes A green pop-up confirmation will appear in the lower top right corner done of the screen 8. The new Reward newly created reward will now display at the top of the Redeeming Spots section Rewards list

Deleting Rewards

2. Select the Loyalty & Deals tab 3. In From the Redeeming Spots Rewards section, click Delete to locate the reward that requires removal and select the Delete button on the right side of the Reward you wish to delete screen | ||
4. A popup will display with the prompt, “Are you sure you want to delete?” 5. Select Confirm Delete to delete |
Loyalty Widget
SpotOn Loyalty clients can now add a customizable loyalty widget to their website, allowing them to grow their customer contact list. This self-service feature empowers customers to sign up for Loyalty Rewards on their own- earning repeat business and increased revenue.

1. From the Merchant Dashboard, select Loyalty & Deals | |||
2. Scroll down to Loyalty Widget | |||
3. Enter the desired text into the Text field

4. Check the Color of the Text box to change the widget’s font color. Choose from a preselected color or enter a custom color 5. Check the Color of the Background box to change the widget’s background color. Choose from a preselected color or enter a custom color | |||
6. From Position, choose between having the widget appear in the lower left or right of the website | |||
7. Once all needed changes have been made, select Copy on the right side of the screen to copy the HTML code, which can then be added to the website | |||
8. The new Loyalty Widget will now display on the website |
