The business logo will display on the SpotOn Counter idle screen, as well as throughout transactions in the upper left corner. The logo image is selected and uploaded through the Merchant Dashboard.

Display

  1. Open your a Google Chrome browser and enter in the web address: hotspot.spoton.com

    • If you do not have the Google Chrome browser installed on your PC or Mac, you can download it here

  2. Enter your email address on file as the username

  3. If you are logging in for the first time, please accept the "Terms of Service" Agreement and answer the preliminary questions to activate your account

4. Select the User Icon in the upper right corner of the screen

5. Select Account Settings from the drop-down menu

6. From the General tab, scroll down to the Profile Photo section

7. Select the Set Profile Photo button and navigate to the needed image on the device

8. A preview of the image will display

9. To adjust or crop the image, select the Crop button

10. Users may re-adjust the image location by clicking on the image to drag and drop in the preview panel, as well as zoom in/zoom out on the image using the slide bar

11. When the needed adjustments have been made, select the Crop button

12. Select the blue Save Changes button

The new logo will appear on the SpotOn Counter within 1 hour. SpotOn Counter devices may be restarted in order to have the new logo appear sooner
