Loyalty

The Loyalty tab is where users can add, adjust or disable any currently offered loyalty rewards. There are sections to show when rewards are being redeemed, as well as who is redeeming them and when. The Loyalty tab is accessed from the Dashboard menu on the right-hand side of the screen, below Marketing.


Total Loyalty Spend & Total Redemptions

The Loyalty section has two tabs located at the top of the screen: Loyalty Spend and Loyalty Redemption.

  1. Select the calendars on the right to access the Date Range filters:

    • Custom

    • Today

    • This Week

    • This Month

    • Last Week

    • Last Month

  2. Select Loyalty Spend to view how much loyalty customers have spent at your business.

  3. Select Loyalty Redemption to view the number of redemptions for the specified timeframe.

Redemption Transaction History

Action

Display

The Redemption Transaction History displays the date range selected in the above Loyalty Spend section.

The Redemption Transaction History shows users the following information:

  • Time/Date of redemption transaction

    • Dates can be sorted by most recent or by oldest date by selecting the Date column header

  • Name of the guest

  • Loyalty Spend total

  • Reward Redeemed

  • Order ID

User may user the search bar on the top right corner of the screen to look up customers by Customer Name or Card Code

Rewards

The Reward section automatically displays all current, and inactive rewards.

The Rewards section shows users the following

  1. Reward Name

    • Total of Spots Redeemed

    • Total Redemptions

  2. Active Rewards will display with a blue switch in the toggled-on position, while inactive Rewards will to toggled to off

  3. The All Rewards drop-down allows users to filter the rewards in the display:

    • All rewards

    • Active Rewards

    • Inactive Rewards

  4. Users maysearch for a specific reward by keyword using the magnifying glass icon

Create a New Reward

Method 1 - From the Loyalty section of the Dashboard

  1. From the Rewards section, select the Create New Reward button

2. Input the total number of Spots in the Spots Redeemed field and select if the discount is a percentage or a dollar amount

3. Enter a Name for the new reward in the Reward Name Field

4. The newly created reward will now display at the top of the Rewards list

Method 2 - From the Loyalty & Deals Settings

1. From the Merchant Dashboard home page, select the user icon on the top right and select Account Settings from the drop-down menu

2. Select the Loyalty & Deals tab

3. From the Rewards section, select the + Add New Reward button

4. In the New Reward sidebar menu, input the number of Spots required to redeem this reward in the Spots Redeemed field

5. Enter a Name for the reward in the Reward Name field

6. Select Save

7. A green pop-up confirmation will appear in the top right corner of the screen 8. The newly created reward will now display at in the top of the Rewards list

Deleting Rewards

Display

  1. From the Merchant Dashboard home page, select the user icon on the top right and select Account Settings from the drop-down menu

2. Select the Loyalty & Deals tab

3. From the Rewards section, locate the reward that requires removal and select the Delete button on the right side of the screen

4. A popup will display with the prompt, “Are you sure you want to delete?”

5. Select Confirm Delete to delete


Loyalty Widget

SpotOn Loyalty clients can now add a customizable loyalty widget to their website, allowing them to grow their customer contact list. This self-service feature empowers customers to sign up for Loyalty Rewards on their own- earning repeat business and increased revenue.

Action

Display

1. From the Merchant Dashboard, select Loyalty & Deals

2. Scroll down to Loyalty Widget

3. Enter the desired text into the Text field

Tip

All updates will display live in the preview box on the right side of the screen

4. Check the Color of the Text box to change the widget’s font color. Choose from a preselected color or enter a custom color

5. Check the Color of the Background box to change the widget’s background color. Choose from a preselected color or enter a custom color

6. From Position, choose between having the widget appear in the lower left or right of the website

7. Once all needed changes have been made, select Copy on the right side of the screen to copy the HTML code, which can then be added to the website

8. The new Loyalty Widget will now display on the website
