Auto Course
SpotOn Restaurant Auto Coursing allows the servers to organize their orders by course. Items sent to the kitchen will be grouped by the assigned course numbers, allowing things like appetizers and main courses to be ready at the appropriate time.
The Auto Course button can be added to the Command Bar, for easy access. It can also be found in the Ticket Commands Menu. Please see Command Bar | SpotOn Restaurant BOH for Command Bar setup instructions.

1. Tap the Printers icon

2. Select the desired Printer from the list on the left
3. In the Requisition Settings section, choose either Sort by Course and Specify Guest Position or Group Items by Course
Sort by Course and Specify Guest Position: Items will be sorted by their Course Number and display the Guest Name/Number as well
Group Items by Course: Only group items by their assigned Course Number

1. Add the first course of items to the order

2. Once the first course is added to the ticket, tap Auto Course in the Command Bar
The Course Number will now display next to each item

4. Tap the Auto Course button, again
The next Course Number will now display next to the items added
5. Continue with the order, tapping the Auto Course button as needed

Remove/Edit a Course Number
1. Tap the menu item on the order ticket to open the Item Commands menu
2. Tap Change Course
3. Input the appropriate Course Number
To remove the Course Number all together, input 0
4. Tap Accept to save changes
