1. From the main BOH screen, select the Job Positions icon | ||||||
2. Tap the New + to create a new Job Position | ||||||
3. In the General Information section configure new Job Position settings accordingly

4. In the Clock Out Message section the Clock Out Message for this Job Position can be customized, if applicable:
5. In the Auto Breaks section indicate the appropriate number of minutes, if applicable: (Please note that this is only applied at clock out. 0 for either of the below settings will disable this feature)
6. In the Initial Settings section indicate the Pay Rate for this Job Position in the Text Field, if applicable | ||||||
7. In the Order Viewing/Editing tab select the appropriate Job Positions
8. In the Order Transferring section configure the Rules appropriately for the new Job Position

9. In the Tip Jars section select the appropriate Tip Jars the new Job Position contributes to.
10. In the Permissions section check the appropriate/desired check boxes for the new Job Position
