Search for orders using the following values, found at the top of the page:

• Date Range

• Order IDPOS

• Device Order ID

• Last 4 of CC

Filter search results by selecting the Filters button.

The following options to filter are displayed:

• Order Status

  • Completed

  • Refunded

  • Partial refund

  • Show moreExchange

• Payment Category

  • Cash

  • Credit

• Terminal

• Employee Name

Select Apply to add the filters to the results.

Filters can be cleared by selecting Clear filterfilters at the top right.

Adjust the information displayed by selecting the Columns button.

Here you’ll find options to add or remove the following from the results:

• Order ID

• POS Order ID

• Employee

• Terminal ID

• Tips

• Total

Select Apply to add or remove the columns from the results.

Select the Export button, located at the top right, to export the results.
