Follow the below steps to verify the new Customer has been added correctly and is appearing in the Front of House selection.

Display

  1. Tap Show Commands button

  2. Tap Customer Info button

  3. In Search field search for Customer with any of the following:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Email Address

    • Phone Number

  4. Hit Enter to search

  5. Tapthe newly populated Customer to select

  6. Tap Customer Details to view Customer

Info

When the customer is located they can then be attached to an order using the Attach to Order button
