1. Tap and hold the Menu Item button for the Menu Item that requires the adjustment

2. Tap Edit Item

3. Tick or untick the Use Quantity on Hand checkbox, if needed

• If there are none of the items on hand, check the Out of Stock box (This will 86 the item, please see 86 / Mark an Item Unavailable for more information)

4. Input the current Quantity on Hand value in the textbox, if needed

• A green banner will display advising this change has been made

5. Tap Close

Quantity on Hand Enabled

When Quantity on Hand is enabled, the current number of items in stock will show on the FOH menu item button

Item Out of Stock

Items that are been marked as Out of Stock, or their Quantity on Hand has been deleted will display as grey in the menu
