Modify Item(s) After Tapping “Done”

If Sometimes it is necessary to change a menu item needs to be corrected after it has been added to the order, it is very simple to do so. To send changes to the kitchen, please see Reprint Order Tickets.

Modify Item

Action

  1. Select the Menu Item from the Order to pull up the Item Commands menu

  2. Tap the Modify button

  3. Make desired modifications

  4. Tap Done

  5. Verify Modifier has been added to the Menu Item in the Order

Modify Sub Item

Action

Display

  1. Select the Menu Item where the Sub Item is attached

  2. In the Item Commands menu select the Edit Sub Items button

  3. Make the desired modifications to the Sub Item(s)

    1. To add Notes, without changing the Sub Item, tap the Sub Item name

    2. To change the Sub Item to a different Sub Item tap the ( - ) minus icon

  4. Tap Done

  5. Verify the Sub Item has been modified in the Order
