Transfer Check to Another Server

Action

Display

  1. Open the Ticket Commands menu by tapping the top of the Guest Check

  2. Tap the Transfer button

  3. In the Transfer To … menu, select the desired User

    • A greenpopup will display indicating the Order has been transferred

  4. To verify Order transfer, select All Orders from the Owner column on the right

  5. Select the transferred Order

    • The User the Order has been transferred to is now visible at the top of the Guest Check
