Setting the Delivery Area

The OLO Delivery Area is completely and easily customizable at the Locations level.

Action

Display

Tap the Locations Icon
Select the appropriate Location
Scroll to the Dineloyal/SpotOn Online Ordering Settings section
In Delivery Area, tap the View/Edit button to open the OLO Delivery Area map tab
Zoom out by using the ( - ) button on the left. Zoom in with the ( + ) button. Drag the boundary lines to extend the Delivery Area by selecting and holding the circles on the border.
When you are satisfied with the Delivery Area, tap SAVE at the top of the map
To return to the Locations section, tap the Locations tab
- Delivery Area is now set

Note
Delivery Area will not save if you do not tap Save before returning to the Locations settings

Merchants have the ability to add Exclusion Areas to their Delivery Area if needed.

Tap the Locations Icon
Select the appropriate Location
Scroll to the Dineloyal/SpotOn Online Ordering Settings section
In Delivery Area, tap the View/Edit button to open the OLO Delivery Area map tab
Zoom out by using the ( - ) button on the left. Zoom in with the ( + ) button.
Tap the Exclusion Area button
Begin a basic outline by tapping points on the map to act as the Exclusion Area boundary
Tap the Exclusion Area button again
Make adjustments to the Exclusion Area border selecting and holding the circles on the border
- Repeat Steps 6 - 9 as needed
Tap Save
To return to the Locations section, tap the Locations tab
- Exclusion Area is now set

Delivery Exclusion Area will not save if you do not tap Save before returning to the Locations settings
