Add Services via Merchant Dashboard

You can now request to add services right from their merchant dashboardyour Dashboard. This will allow merchants allows you to request services without the need of an for a written addendum.

Display

  1. From the Merchant Dashboard, click the

user icon (usually will display the logged in users initials)

  1. User Icon in the top right hand corner

  1. Select Add Services

On

From the Add Services page,

you

users can select one or more services

using the check box next to the associated service

  • Up to five services can be selected:

    • Website

    • Appointments

    • Digital Loyalty

    • SpotOn Reserve

    • SpotOn Restaurant POS/Online Ordering and more

  • A description of each service and the associated pricing is displayed

4. After selecting services, click the Continue button at the top or bottom of the page

5. On the next page, the Add Services- Addendum/Agreement Clause will be shown

  • Read and review the agreement clause, pricing & terms and conditions

6. Select the checkbox to agree

7. Click the Accept & Submit button

8. A confirmation page will be shown and you will be contacted within 1-2 business days by a SpotOn Support Team Member to setup your services

4. After choosing the needed service(s), select the blue Submit Request button

5. Enter a phone number and SpotOn will be in contact to set up the new service within 1-2 business days
