Add Services via Merchant Dashboard

You can now request to add services right from your Dashboard. This allows you to request services without the need of an for a written addendum.

  1. From the Merchant Dashboard, click the

user icon (usually will display the logged in users initials)

selecting services, click the Continue button at the top or bottom of the pageImage Removed

5. On the next page, the Add Services- Addendum/Agreement Clause will be shown

  • Read and review the agreement clause, pricing & terms and conditions

6. Select the checkbox to agree

7. Click the Accept & Submit button

8. A confirmation page will be shown and you will be contacted

choosing the needed service(s), select the blue Submit Request button

5. Enter a phone number and SpotOn will be in contact to set up the new service within 1-2 business days
