Search/Create Customer Loyalty

1. Tap the Show Commands button, then select Loyalty

If Loyalty is not enabled, you will not see the the Loyalty button

...

  • The Loyalty Search screen will open

2. Use the Search field to search for the customer by name, email, or phone number

  • Matching results will display the customers name and available Spots

Note

Please note this is a DIFFERENT database than the customer/delivery database

3. If there are no matching customers (i.e., no existing loyalty account for this customer), tap New Customer

4. Input the customer details

  • Name

  • Email

  • Phone

5. Tap Accept

6. The new customer details will display, and you may now choose to Attach to Current Order (if there is an order already started)

  • This will allow the customer to start earning Spots

1. If you Search for a customer account that has earned Spots for rewards, or has available deals, these will be displayed in the customer’s details

2. Tap Attach to Order to attach this Loyalty account to the order

3. Select a reward or deal to see the details

4. Select Redeem

  • Or, tap Close to return to the Customer details

5. The reward or deal will be applied to the Order Summary and update the Balance Due

Note

Please note that only one reward may be redeemed at a time

  • The reward and the amount off is included on the receipt

  • Spots earned are printed at the bottom, regardless of if a reward is redeemed or not
