Order Pacing

Pacing eliminates the risk of being inundated at any given time, taking the stress and guesswork out of managing your online ordering system.

  • Instead of managing orders manually, managers can set a rule to allow orders to come through, set by total dollar amount for any day or time based on a number of orders.

  • Customers can place an order in confidence during busy/peak hours knowing that their order will processed in the estimated time presented to them.

Order Pacing Benefits

  • Control orders based on kitchen capacity. Set up a rule to restrict new online orders from being placed one once the block is full according to pre-set criteria

  • Set a pace that works for you. Select the time of day and days of the week to apply the rule.

  • Override special occasions. Have a special event coming up? You can temporarily change the criteria for a specific time and date.

  • Manage large orders and requests. Set a maximum dollar amount per order, your customers will be prompted to call the restaurant to check availability for large orders.
