Setting the Delivery Area

The OLO SpotOn Order Delivery Area is completely and easily customizable at the Locations level.

Action

Display

  1. Tap the Locations Icon

  2. Select the appropriate Location

  3. Scroll to the Dineloyal/SpotOn Online Ordering Settings section

  4. In Delivery Area, tap the View/Edit button to open the

  1. SpotOn Order Delivery Area map editor

  2. Zoom out by using the ( - ) button on the left. Zoom in with the ( + ) button. Drag the boundary lines to extendthe Delivery Area by selecting and holding the circles on the border.

  3. When satisfied with the Delivery Area, tap Save at the top of the map

  4. To return to theLocationssection, tap the Locations tab

    • Delivery Area is now set

Note

Delivery Area will not save if you do not tap Save before returning to the Locations settings

Setting an Exclusion Area

Exclusion Areas, a location or area that will not be deliverable, can be added to the Delivery Area if needed.

Display

  1. Tap the Locations Icon

  2. Select the appropriate Location

  3. Scroll to the Dineloyal/SpotOn Online Ordering Settings section

  4. In Delivery Area, tap the View/Edit button to open the

  1. SpotOn Order Delivery Area map editor tab

  2. Zoom out by using the ( - ) button on the left. Zoom in with the ( + ) button.

  3. Tap the Exclusion Area button

  4. Begin a basic outline by tapping points on the map to create the Exclusion Area boundary

  5. Tap the Exclusion Area button again

  6. Makeadjustments to the Exclusion Area border selecting and holding the circles on the border

    • RepeatSteps 6 - 9 as needed

  7. Tap Save

  8. To return to the Locations section, tap the Locations tab

    • Exclusion Area is nowset

Note
