QR Customer Reviews

QR Customer Reviews allows restaurants to collect reviews from guests when they pay using QR at the moment of transaction.

Restaurants can view reviews before they are made public

This feature enables restaurants to capture guest feedback in a private forum, allowing businesses to view feedback and improve

the dining experience for their customers.

When guests complete payment, a pop-up review will display on the final confirmation screen

2. Guests can leave reviews whether or not they are logged into their account and send it to the restaurant by selecting the Submit button

3. A Thank you confirmation screen will display upon successful review submission
