Send a Receipt

You can email a receipt A receipt can be sent to the customer (or yourself) at the end of a transaction, when the transaction is complete; please see Sale for detailed instructions on running a transaction. You also have the ability to go back to the completed transaction to email a receipt laterA receipt can be emailed at any time from the Transaction List. Please see Settings - Receipt Message for details on setting a custom message at the bottom of emailed and printed receipts.

Display

  1. From the main menu on the left, tap Transactions

  2. Select the desired transaction from the Transaction List

  3. The Sale Details screen will appear

  4. Tap the

Email
  1. Send Receipt button

from the Sale Details
  1. at the bottom of the screen

  2. In the

Email
  1. Send Receipt screen, use the text field to input the appropriate Email address

  2. Tap Send

  2. Tap Send Again if needed or tap Ok! to return to the Sales Details of the transaction
