Adding Descriptions and Display Names

At the Menu Item level, for each item available for OLOSpotOn Order, merchant’s descriptions can add be edited and edit descriptionsadded. Display names and descriptions will display on the OLO SpotOn Order site exactly as entered in the Backoffice settings.

  1. Tap the Menu Items icon

  2. Select the desired Menu Item

  3. Scroll to Online Ordering Settings

  4. In the Display Name field, enter the Menu Item name

  5. In theDescription field, input the appropriate description
