Waitlist Party Profile

Once a Guest is onboarded, a Party Profile will appear, allowing the user full control over managing this guest's visit.

Display

Remove a Guest

  1. To remove a guest from the waitlist, press the red cancel button in the upper left hand corner of the party profile

  2. Select the reason for cancellation:

    • No Show

    • Walk Out

    • Dined at Bar

    • Cancel

Update Status

  1. To update a guest’s status, press the blue Upcoming button in the upper left hand corner of the party profile

  2. Select the desired status:

    • Confirmed

    • Left Message

    • Checked In

    • Partially Arrived

    • Waiting in Bar

Change the Table Assignment

  1. To change the table assignment, press the blue button in the uppder right hand corner of the party profile

    • This will display the currently assigned table in the floor layout, in blue

  2. Select the desired table(s) from the layout (be sure to select a gray, unassigned table)

  3. Press Save to confirm

  4. Press the X in the upper right corner to return to the party profile

Update/Add Guest Information

  • Add/Edit guest name by pressing the First or Last Name fields

  • Add/update an email address for the guest by pressing the Email field

  • Add/update a phone number for the guest by pressing the Phone field

  • Add/update a loyalty ID by pressing the Member Number field

Add Flags

Flag options display on the right hand panel of the screen in the party profile.

  1. Select up to three desired party flags

To remove aparty flag, tap the desired assigned flag at the top of the list

Add Guest Note

  1. Tap the New Dining Note button

  2. In the open text field, type the desired note

  3. Press Save
