BOH Settings for Loyalty

1.

Tap

Click the Locations icon

2. Make sure the location has the merchant’s Hub ID entered into the SpotOn Merchant ID

  • This will connect the Restaurant POS to the merchant’s Dashboard account

3. Scroll to the Gift Card, House Account and Loyalty section

4. Check SpotOn Loyalty Enabled checkbox

Warning: The restaurant must already be set up with enhanced loyalty in Hub before checking this box

5. Return the to the BOH main screen

Click the Menu Items icon

7. Select the desired Menu Items

  • To select all menu items, use the check mark icon

Selecting all menu items and deselecting certain ones may be quicker if you need to exclude some items from loyalty

8. In the General Information section, check the boxes for Can Earn Rewards Points and Can Be Discounted with Rewards

Exclude SpotOn Order Items from Loyalty

Specific Menu Items, or even all items, can be included or excluded from Loyalty when ordered online.

2. Select desired Menu Item(s)

3. Scroll to the SpotOn Order Settings section

4. To exclude these SpotOn Order items from Loyalty, be sure the box for SpotOn Order Loyalty Enabled is left blank

To Enable Loyalty for SpotOn Order items, simply tick this checkbox
