Loyalty Rewards
Customers and guests can use their SpotOn Loyalty Account to check in, sign up, and redeem special offers and rewards right at the SpotOn Counter.

Creating a New Loyalty Reward - Method 1

For SpotOn Counter, Loyalty and Rewards is set up in the Merchant Dashboard. The loyalty tab is accessed from the Dashboard menu on the right hand side of the screen, below Campaigns.

1. From the Merchant Dashboard home page, select the User Icon in the top right corner 2. Select Account Settings from the drop-down menu

3. Select Loyalty & Deals from the left |  | ||
4. Scroll down to the Rewards section and select the +Add New Reward button |  | ||
5. Input information into the following fields: Spots Redeemed
Discount
Reward Name
6. Select the blue Save button |  | ||
7. The newly created reward will automatically appear in the list and will be toggled to Active (blue) |  |
Creating a New Loyalty Rewards - Method 2

1. From the Merchant Dashboard Home Screen, select Loyalty from the left side panel pop-out menu |  |
2. Scroll down to the Rewards section and select the blue Create New Reward button on the right |  |
3. Input the following information into to required fields: Spots Redeemed
Discount
Reward Name
4. Select the blue Save button |  |
5. The newly created reward will display at the top of the Rewards list and will automatically be toggled to Active (blue) |  |
Redeeming Loyalty on SpotOn Counter

or scan a QR Code on the SpotOn Counter device |  |

blue pop-up panel at the bottom of the screen |

Order header shows the Loyalty customer name, and Deals Available will be shown, if applicable
to apply to their payment total |  |
4. A blue Promotions Available pop-up panel will display in the FOH Order Header |  |
5. If a deal is redeemed on the SpotOn Counter device, the banner will |
Tap on the banner to see customer loyalty summary, and which deal was redeemedÂ
display a Congratulations! message on the right with the applied discount amount |  |
6. When a promotion is redeemed by the customer, a green Promotion Applied pop-up window will display in FOH Order Header |  |
7. Select the green Promotions Applied Banner in FOH to see the SpotOn Customer Details summary 8. Select Apply to Some Items, or Apply to All Items if the reward applies to entire order (i.e, 50 spots = 10% off order) |
Choose the item that the deal applies to, if applicable
Select the appropriate/corresponding discount
The deal has been applied, and you can now proceed to the Payment Screen
If you receive the following message, you will need to tap the Deal Applied banner to apply a discount to the deal items before you can proceed with the purchase

9. From the Select Discount… pop-up window, select the needed discount |  |
10. A green Promotion Applied banner will appear in the FOH Order Header |  |
11. The discount will appear on the SpotOn Counter device |  |
