Campaign Performance

On the Campaigns page, merchants can easily track their Campaign performance from one placeThe Campaign Performance page allows for easy tracking of Campaigns and their performance. Various and customizable date ranges can be viewed showing the number of Campaigns for the selected period. The page displays will display an interactive graph for redemptions and emails sent, there are sections including details showing redemption values, and even the number of emails that were opened by the recipient.

Display

  1. From theDashboard

select the Campaigns button

  1. menu on the left, select Marketing

  2. Select Marketing Dashboard from the

menu on the left hand side to view CampaignsThe Campaigns

3. The Campaign Performance page will display the following:

  • Total number of Campaigns created for the selected time frame

  • Redemptions/Emails graph

    1. Select Redemptions or Emails to view

    • Campaign Performance Time Range

      • Convenient tabs for are available at the top of the screen for Today, This Week, Last Week, This Month, and Last Month

      • Custom time frames can be used using the calendars on the right side of the screen

    • Campaign Performance Graph

      • Select Emails or Redemptions to populate a graph of the campaign’s performance for the allotted timeframe

    • Deals

      • Number of redemptions for Deals

      • Transaction Value in dollars for redeemed Deals

      • Percent of

    transactions that redeemed

      • total sales for Deals

    • Emails

      • Number of Emails

    sent

      • Opened

      • Number of Emails

    opened

      • Clicked

      • Open Rate percentage

    3. Select the desired time frame to view the Campaigns from:

    • Today

    • This Week

    • Last Week

    • This month

    4. To view a custom range of dates:

    • Click Start Date

      • Select specific start day from the calendar

    • Click End Date

      • Select specific end day from the calendar
