Create Reporting Subscriptions

Any report that has the Print button drop-down menu can be set up for daily email subscriptions in SpotOn Restaurant.

Action

Display

1. From the desired report, select the drop-down menu to the right of the Print button and select Create Subscription

2. From the Create a new Subscription screen, input the following subscription settings:

Select the day(s) of the week you’d like to receive the selected report
Your associated restaurant reporting email address will be set subscription recipient by default
Additional recipients of the report may be added in the Additional Recipients field

Tip
Separate each recipient’s email address with a comma

Enter an optional customized message to the other report recipients in the Message field if desired

3. Select the Save button on the lower left corner

Edit Reporting Subscriptions

SpotOn Restaurant Reporting Subscriptions can be edited/modified at any time.

From your reporting site, select your Name from the top right corner of the screento open the drop-down menu and select Subscriptions	Image Modified
2. From the Report Subscriptions screen, adjustments can be made by selecting the Green Box on the right side of the screen to be brought back to the subscription setup configuration screen	Image Modified
