Categories
Categoriesallow you to organize or group products for easier searchability for your customers. You could base categories on product type or to feature and promote sales, new items, or specific best sellers. A product can be associated with multiple categories.

Display
Under Products, locate the product that needs to be declassified. Go to Actions on the righthand side of the screen and select Edit from the drop-down list.
2. Under Select Product Category, check Remove in the check box next to the category.
3. Select Save in the bottom right corner.

Steps
Go to Categories from the Product Catalog drop-down menu.
2. Click +Create new category.
3. Fill out the required(*) category details and save.
Name*: This will be the title of your product category group (i.e. Best Sellers, Summer Trends) and can be used to filter for those specific products to your customers.
Description: This will be a brief overview describing the group.
Image: This will be the standard image of the group.
Slug*: Slugs should reflect the category name or product type that will be added to that category. They can contain letters, dashes, and numbers, but no spaces or other characters, including periods. (e.g. mystore.com/products/organic-soaps)
Position*: Before or After will indicate where you would like the current category to be listed with another specific category.
Relative to: Selecting the specific category will be the reference point to the Position, allowing you to reorder the category into the list of categories
