Remove / Void Item from Order
With SpotOn Restaurant POS it is very easy to remove/void item(s) from orders that were added in error, or that the guest simply changed their mind on. Items that have not been sent to the kitchen (or other) printer, can be removed from an order before they are sent. Items that have already been sent can be voided.
Remove an Item
Items that have not been sent to a printer are identified by a green mark, these items can be removed from the ticket before sending.

Void an Item
Items that have already been sent to a printer will not have a green mark, these items must be voided.

If the Order has not yet been Sent, simply follow the steps in the section above for Removing an Item. Voiding an item is a Manager Only function. |
Un-Void an Item
If the incorrect item has been Voided, the void can be reversed.
