Password Reset

  1. Click Forgot Password from the main SpotOn Reserve login screen.

  2. Enter user’s email address and restaurant’s phone number.

  3. Press Reset Password.

From the primary Login screen, click on "Forgot Password?" below the Password entry field. A Forgot Password box will pop up on the iPad. Enter the email address used to log into SpotOn Reserve as well as your restaurant's phone number, then, press the blue Reset Password button. 

A password reset link will be sent to the email address provided if it matches an authorized email address in the SpotOn Reserve system. Open the email and press the black "Reset Password" button. Enter in the new password and then enter it a second time. You can now log into the SpotOn Reserve Host app or the SpotOn Reserve Web Portal with your email address and this new password.
