You business logo will display on the SpotOn Counter idle screen, as well as throughout transactions in the upper left corner. The logo image is selected and uploaded through the Merchant Dashboard.

Display

  1. Open your Google Chrome browser and enter in the web address: hotspot.spoton.com

    • If you do not have the Google Chrome browser installed on your PC or Mac, you can download it here

  2. Enter your email address on file as the username

  3. Default passwords are set to "1234"

    • If you are logging in for the first time, please accept the "terms of service" agreement and answer the preliminary questions to activate your account.

4. In the upper right hand corner, click the circular icon next to your business address

5. Select Account Settings from the drop down menu

6. Select the Images tab

7. In the Profile Photo section , click Set Profile Photo

8. Click the Upload button on the far left of the image preview strip

9. Select the logo that you would like to use on your SpotOn Counter

10. Confirm logo, and click Set Image

11. To save the logo you must click Save Changes at the top of the Images settings tab

The Logo will appear on the SpotOn Counter within 1 hour. You may reset the SpotOn Counter device to update the logo sooner.
