Unable to render {children}. Not found: Contact Forms A, B, & C | SpotOn Website.
Contact Forms allow customers to message you directly from your website.
Form submissions are sent right to your email that you provide. The forms are easily created by filling in fields with the Form editor template. Each form is protected by reCaptcha for bot recognition.

Click the + in between sections to display the sections menu. Select Contact Form A, Contact Form B or Contact Form C.
To edit the contact form: Position your mouse over the contact form and click Edit. Two additional Edit buttons will appear. Click on the Edit button on the contact form to manage it. Set the email where inquiries should go, a custom message displayed to visitors after the inquiry is sent, and the text for your submit button (e.g. Get a Quote, Contact Us, Send). Customize existing fields by clicking the arrow next to the field name. Enter a Field Name and select a Field Size. Mark a field as Required to force visitors to complete it (optional). You can rearrange fields by dragging the hamburger icon. You can add more fields by clicking Add Form Field. Save Changes.
