Email a Receipt

A receipt can be sent to the customer when the transaction is complete; please see Process Transaction for detailed instructions on running a transaction. A receipt can be emailed at any time from the Transaction History List.

Please note: the below directions are for iOS. If you are using and Android device, follow the Android specific directions in certain steps.

Display

Action

  1. Tap the Menu button in the upper left corner

  2. Select Transaction History

    • For Android: Select Transactions

  3. Select desired transaction

  4. Tap Send Receipt

    • For Android: Tap Email Receipt

  5. Enter the customer’s email address in the Enter email field

  6. Press Send

    • Success popup will display with option to Send Again

    • Press OK! to return to transaction

  7. Tap the back ← arrow to return to Transaction History
