Search/Create Customer Loyalty

1. If SpotOn Loyalty is enabled in the BOH, the user will see Loyalty in Show Commands Menu in place of the legacy House and Loyalty button | |
2. Tap Loyalty and go to Search View to search for a loyalty account
Please note this is a DIFFERENT database than the customer/delivery database | |
3. If there are no matching customers (i.e., no existing loyalty account for this customer), click New Customer at the bottom of the search window and create a new loyalty account | |
4. After creating a new customer, the user can see the customer details and choose to Attach to Current order (if there is an order already started)
5. Coming Soon: Loyalty accounts can also be found by swiping the new SpotOn Loyalty card or by scanning the QR code on the new SpotOn Loyalty card with a Honeywell scanner Please note these cards have not been issued by SpotOn at this time but will contain both a magstripe and QR code |
Redeeming a Reward

1. If a customer account has already earned spots, spots will be displayed in Customer DetailsĀ | |
2. The business can choose to redeem a reward for this order by first attaching the loyalty account to the order, then selecting a reward to see the details 3. Select Redeem | |
4. The redeemed reward will apply the reward to the Order Summary and update the balance due Please note, only one reward can be redeemed at a time 5. After the transaction is complete, the reward and the amount discounted will be included on the receipt | |
Spots earned are printed on the bottom regardless if a reward is redeemed or not |
