Add Services via Merchant Dashboard

You can now request to add services right from your Dashboard. This allows you to request services without the need of a written addendum.

Action

Display

  1. From the Merchant Dashboard, click the user icon in the top right hand corner

  2. Click Add Services

3. On the Add Services page, you can select one or more services using the check box next to the associated service

  • Up to five services can be selected:

    • Website

    • Appointments

    • Digital Loyalty

    • SpotOn Reserve

    • SpotOn Restaurant POS/Online Ordering and more

    • SpotOn Delivery, powered by DoorDash

  • A description of each service and the associated pricing is displayed

4. After selecting services, click the Add Service button at the bottom of the page

5. On the next page, the Add Services- General Clause will be shown

  • Read and review the agreement clause

6. Select the checkbox to agree

7. Click the Accept & Submit button

8. A confirmation page will be shown and you will be contacted within 1-2 business days by a SpotOn Support Team Member to setup your services
