Merchant Dashboard Home

The main page of the Merchant Dashboard gives a brief overview of many important areas of the dashboard. There are sections for Sales, Customers, and Campaigns where the user can get quick insight into the business’s performance. There are also quick links at the top of the page to create a new campaign or reach customers through email/social media. Each overview section has links to the full section for more detailed information.

Details

Display

  • On the right hand side of the Dashboard Home page there are is a menu displaying the other sections of the Dashboard:

  • The top left displays the user’s name, notifications, and a circular icon that contains a menu of options:

  • In the center there are quick links to go to Loyalty, and Campaign sections of the main page. There are also buttons to Create a Deal, Create an Email, and Create a Facebook post. Please see Marketing Editor for more information.


Sales

Details

Display

  • The Sales section is broken into 3 primary areas: Gross Sales, Average spend per transaction, and Credit Card Transactions

  • The Gross Sales section shows a graph displaying today’s sales in dollars (purple), in comparison to the week prior (gray), broken down by the hour. Hovering the cursor over the graph shows the exact sales amount per hour.

    • Click Go to Sales to access to full Sales tab

    • Click Go to Trends to access the Trends section of the Sales tab

  • Avg. spend per transaction shows the average amount spent by customers for each visit. This displays for the the average for the day prior, and compares the previous week, month, and year

    • Click See Deposits to go to the Deposits tab

  • Credit Card Transactions shows the number of credit transactions in comparison to other payment methods


Customers

Details

Display

  • The Customers section is split into 4 areas of information: Total Customers, Loyalty, Check-Ins, and Ratings

  • In the Total customers area the user will see the overall total number of customers for all time. There are options to filter- Today, 30 days ago, 180 days ago and 52 weeks ago. Changing the filter will adjust the data displayed in the Loyalty section

    • Click Go to Customers to access the full Customers tab

  • The Loyalty section will show the number of Active and New customers based on the filter from the Total Customers section. This section also display previous numbers of active and new customers based on the time frame selected

    • Click See more details to view Loyalty Performance on the Customers tab

  • The Check-Ins section displays the number of Check-Ins at the business for the previous 7 days

    • This can only reflect one week

    • Click Go to check-ins to view Check-In details on the Customers tab

  • The Rating section displays the business’s overall current rating on a 1-5 star basis. It shows the overall number of new ratings in the last 30 days, as well shows where and when the last 3 reviews were left

    • Click Go to Reviews to access the Reviews tab


Campaigns

Details

Display

  • The Campaigns section is broken down into three sections: Active deals, Emails, and sections to Create a Deal and Create a Campaign

    • Click Go to Campaigns to access the full Campaigns page

  • The Active Deals section shows current Deals

  • The Emails sections show the emails sent to customers in the last 30 days, as well as upcoming scheduled emails

    • Click Go to emails to access the Campaigns tab

  • On the right side there are two sections, one for Deals and one for Campaigns. They do not display any metrics.

    • Click Create a Deal Now to go to Campaigns and begin a new Deal

    • Click Create a Campaign Now to go to Campaigns and begin a new Campaign
