QR Customer Reviews

QR Customer Reviews allows restaurants to collect reviews from guests when they pay using QR at the moment of transaction.

Restaurants can view reviews before they are made public, allowing businesses to view feedback and improve the dining experience for their customers.

QR Customer Review Flow

  1. When guests complete payment, a pop-up review will display on the final confirmation screen

2. Guests can leave reviews whether or not they are logged into their account and send it to the restaurant by selecting the Submit button

3. A Thank you confirmation screen will display upon successful review submission

Using Dashboard to View Reviews

Display

  1. Login to Dashboard and select Reviews from the lefthand side panel

2. Scroll down to the User Reviews section to view current reviews

3. To read a review in full, select the down arrow (˅) to expand the text details

4. To Delete a review, select the trash can icon on the right side of the screen
