How do I switch from SpotOn Premium to SpotOn Grow or SpotOn Basic?
SpotOn is here to assist merchants looking to switch from SpotOn Retail Premium to SpotOn Retail Grow or Basic with minimal onboarding. Reach out to our Client Experience team to get the process started:

Switching to Grow or Basic is only for businesses that do not require an Ecommerce solution.
If Ecommerce is not significant to the business, or the Ecommerce service has never been activated - SpotOn can downgrade you to Grow or Basic, saving you the cost difference.
For merchants requiring an Ecommerce solution, SpotOn offers a similar online shopping experience - SpotOn Website.
How do I cancel my subscription?

How do I export my data?
Looking to export your data (options below) Our Client Experience team is here to help:
Customer Data - Includes customer contact information, purchase history, and more. Can be imported into almost any system.
Sales and Commissions: Exports of the merchants sales and commissions reports.
Loyalty: Includes loyalty numbers and check-ins.
Catalog: Entire product catalog in CSV format.
