Navigation and Tools

Click any icon on the Backoffice Home Screen to view the corresponding form/configuration.

Multiple forms can be kept open at once, and they can be toggled back and forth. However, having too many forms open can slow performance. When a form, or multiple forms are open, a bar will display with the open tabs at the bottom of the screen.

• Click on any open form to return to the form and continue work.

• Click the HOME icon to return to the Backoffice Home Screen without closing any open forms.

• To close all open forms, tap the X button in the right corner of the tabs bar.

When viewing a form, there are a set of options in the top right corner, under the user name.

• To set a form as a Favorite, click the star icon. This will add a Favorites group to the top of your Backoffice Home Screen, and place the selected form in the Favorites group.

• To close a form, click the X icon. This will close the currently selected form

The Selection and Toolbar Interface are standard on all forms. However, making multiple selections, and certain toolbar functions, are not supported on every form.

• Select the AAAZZZ icon for grouping options

• Select the A → Z icon for sorting options

• Select the magnifying glass for search options

Click on an item name to select that item only or use the checkboxes to the right of the items to select multiple items
