Items that have not been sent to a printer are identified by a green mark, these items can be removed from the ticket before sending.

Display

  1. Select the item(s) to remove from the ticket

    • This will open the Item Commands menu

  2. Tap the Remove button

  3. Verify the Item has been removed from the Order
