Alerts

Alerts are notifications can be customized and triggered for various scenarios to advise Restaurant Managers or other recipients of reporting occurrences. These alerts are sent as emails, if the recipient has the Reports app on their phone, they can turn notifications on on their phone for the app and receive push notifications when an Alert is triggered.

Create an Alert

Display

1. On your Reporting site, click your User Name in the upper right corner to access the drop down menu

2. Select Edit Your Alerts

3. In the Create an Alert page, choose the Alert Type from the options on the left panel

4. Input a name for this Alert

5. Check the Enabled checkbox

6. If applicable, select the appropriate Location

7. Set the Trigger Value & Frequency for this Alert

8. To send Alerts to yourself, check the checkbox next to your name

9. Add any additional recipients, and add a custom message if desired

Note: Active Alerts can only be viewed or modified by the User that created the alert.
