Create a Customer (BOH)

Action

Display

  1. Tap the Customers icon

  2. Tap the New Item icon ( + ) to create a new Customer

  3. In the General Information text fields input Customer details

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Email Address

    • Phone Number

  4. Tap ( + ) New Address to input Customer address details

    • Street

    • Street 2

    • City

    • State

    • Zip

    • Phone

Locate a Customer (FOH)

Action

Display

  1. Tap Show Commands button

  2. Tap Customer Info button

  3. In Search field search for Customer with any of the following:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Email Address

    • Phone Number

  4. Tap Customer name
